Lost or Damaged Tickets

Ticket Agents are not able to replace your faulty tickets over the counter.

Replacements for damaged or lost tickets are only available at the following locations:

Belconnen Interchange

Can I Get a Replacement?

If your ticket has been damaged and won't validate or has been lost, ACTION are happy to provide a replacement.  You must provide your ticket serial number, (located in the top right corner of your ticket (if the ticket is lost)), and the place of purchase or a receipt for a replacement to be issued.  Without these details a replacement cannot be issued.

This form is available at the above locations.  Please take this form and your ticket (if damaged) to your nearest ACTION Bus Interchange or the ACTION Bus Depot located at 220 Scollay Street, Tuggeranong. Alternatively you can mail you completed form with ticket attached (if damaged) to:

Looking after your ticket

Look after your ticket - if the magnetic strip is erased or damaged the ticket becomes void. Do not subject your ticket to any of the following:

  • Washing or immersing the ticket in water
  • Leaving your ticket in the sun or next to a heat source
  • Folding, bending or twisting your ticket
  • Removing or tampering with the magnetic strip or any trip details on your ticket
  • Cutting or tearing your ticket
  • Exposing your ticket to strong magnets
