Ticket Agents are not able to replace your faulty tickets over the counter.
Replacements for damaged or lost tickets are only available at the following locations:

220 Scollay Street

Callam Street, Phillip
If your ticket has been damaged and won't validate or has been lost, ACTION are happy to provide a replacement. You must provide your ticket serial number, (located in the top right corner of your ticket (if the ticket is lost)), and the place of purchase or a receipt for a replacement to be issued. Without these details a replacement cannot be issued.
The Ticket Replacement Form

must be completed for all ticket replacements. This form is available
at the above locations. Please take this form and your ticket (if
damaged) to your nearest ACTION Bus Interchange or the ACTION Bus Depot
located at 220 Scollay Street, Tuggeranong. Alternatively you can mail
you completed form with ticket attached (if damaged) to:
