Faresaver tickets include the transfer option - Transfer tickets allow you to transfer to other bus services within 90 minutes of first validating your ticket at no extra charge.
Children under 5 years travel free.

Group Tickets
Group Tickets are available on ACTION’s regular route services. The Group Ticket is designed to provide one ticket and to avoid the need for each passenger to validate a ticket or pay a separate fare.
Group Tickets are calculated at the cash fare rate and are useful for school groups where money is collected prior to catching a regular route bus.
For groups of more than 15 passengers, ACTION recommends chartering an ACTION bus to avoid overcrowding on the regular route service.
Example of a Group Ticket price
(10 Students and 2 Teachers on excursion from the school to the City.)
10 Students x Concession Cash Fare ($1.90) = $19.00
2 Teachers x Adult Cash Fare ($3.80) = $7.60
Total Group Ticket price: = $26.60
Please note: the same process will be required for any return journey
Cash Fares
You can pay your fare to the bus driver, who will issue a paper ticket as a receipt. You must keep the ticket for the whole trip.
If you will need to change buses, or want to make another bus trip within 90 minutes, you should ask the driver for a cash transfer ticket.
This allows you to transfer to other buses within 90 minutes at no extra charge.
Faresaver Tickets
Faresaver tickets include the transfer option. Transfer tickets allow you to transfer to other bus services within 90 minutes of first validating your ticket at no extra charge.
Adult Faresaver Tickets
These provide ten individual bus trips that can be used at any time. Faresaver tickets include the transfer option - Transfer tickets allow you to transfer to other bus services within 90 minutes of first validating your ticket at no extra charge.
School Faresaver Tickets
This ticket provides ten individual bus trips that can be used on school days (Monday to Friday) excluding public and school holidays.
Daily Tickets
These provide unlimited travel on all of ACTION's standard services or school services on the day of purchase.
Weekly Tickets
These provide unlimited travel on all of ACTION's standard services or school services for seven days from the day the ticket is first validated.
Monthly Tickets
These provide unlimited travel on all of ACTION's standard services or school services for one calendar month from the day the ticket is first validated.
School Term Tickets
These provide unlimited travel on school days only during ACT Department
of Education school
terms.
Off-Peak Daily Tickets
These provide unlimited travel on all of ACTION's standard services or school services during off-peak periods on the day of purchase. The off-peak periods are between 9am and 4.30pm and after 6pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends and public holidays.
Free Travel
Some people are entitled to free travel on ACTION buses.
Free school travel may be available to eligible students. Contact
